Welcome to Shwab
Welcome to Shwab Elementary! At Shwab, we truly believe that without vision it's impossible to know where you're going. Therefore, we always begin each day with the end in mind. We have built our roadmap for success and each day we greet our students with an attitude that we are focused on learning. Our teachers work with our students daily and help them set and achieve their goals. We invite you to come along our journey of success both mentally and physically as we know "Together Everyone Achieves More". So, as you tour our site, if you like what you see we invite you to come join in on the success of our students and our fun by volunteering within our school community!
TWO FORMS in TWO DAYS
We need every family in Metro Schools to fill out these forms. There’s a lot of money at stake.
On Tuesday, August 26, your child will bring home two forms. They must be filled out and returned the next day, Wednesday, August 27.
What are they?
One form is called the Household Information Survey. It helps us know how many of our families are economically disadvantaged. The other is called the Student Information Form. It tells us who your child is, where you live and how to get in touch with you.
Parents, we distributed the Student Verification Forms in the First Day Packets given to students. The Student Verification Form is the same form as the Student Information Form. If you have already returned this form with updated information, please mark on your form that you have already turned in the requested information. However, if you DID NOT return the form, we will need updated information.
