The Shwab Elementary School community has a vision of the school as a vital learning tool. The school community envisions students becoming productive members of society.
Beliefs All students can learn. Learning is a lifelong process. School policies and procedures are developed and enforced for the best interest of the school community. Decision making is shared by the Principal, AA Bee Team, Faculty/Staff. Children learn in different ways, rates, and with different learning styles. Students have a right to learn in a safe and clean environment. Students learn best when instruction is meaningful, research-based and challenging. The progress of students is measured by formal/informal district and state assessment.
